Eileen Laux is a Lead Felony Attorney with 12 years of experience defending clients throughout Arizona’s criminal justice system. Prior to joining the firm, Eileen served as a public defender in Maricopa County, where she built a reputation as a skilled and tenacious advocate in the courtroom.
Eileen has developed a particular specialty in arson defense, bringing deep knowledge of fire investigation science and forensic analysis to these highly technical cases. Her practice also encompasses a broad range of complex felony matters, including homicide, sex offenses, and aggravated assault, as well as lower-level felonies such as criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. This breadth of experience allows her to bring a comprehensive understanding of the criminal justice system to every case she handles, regardless of severity.
Eileen earned her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in July 2014. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri and raised in Paola, Kansas, she brings a Midwestern work ethic and steady, no-nonsense approach to her advocacy on behalf of clients facing serious criminal charges.
